Thoughts on bathrooms in Europe

Best in the world this far ( as generalizations goes) are those in the US. The lighting, the water pressure, the size are always annoying. Let alone in the UK in the century they still do not have a mixed faucet for both cold& hot. In italy it's F (freddo=cold) and C (caldo=hot)
Possibly my problem is that we rarely stay in a 4 star hotel
